TURFAN,China,Nov. 22,2024 -- On November 19,State Grid Turfan Power Supply Company successfully conducted a remote test of feeder automation for 10kV lines in Grape Valley. The test demonstrated the ability to perform fully automated troubleshooting without any disruption to the scenic area's power supply.

This year,Turfan attracted nearly 30 million visitors,generating over 23 billion yuan in tourism revenue—a 20% increase from the previous year.
State Grid Turfan Power Supply Company has completed the installation of 123 feeder automation lines across all of the high rated tourism sites. The initiative enables the company to respond rapidly to power outages through a real-time monitoring and response system. Moreover,the company has implemented a plan that calls for a customized approach for each site,enabling prompt adjustments to power supply plans based on visitor numbers and operational demands. The upgraded infrastructure,enhanced by 436 kilometers of reinforced 10kV lines and 96 new transformers,ensures that Turfan's tourism sector remains robust and ready to welcome guests with the promise of both cultural enrichment and modern convenience.
