Changsha, Hunan Province, China: In May 2022, China Railway 18th Bureau Group Beijing Company (CR18) started 2022 spring works for Winstar International's apartment development project in Changsha, as a positive response to China's national policies of resumption of work and production (RWP).
The housing project is located in Changsha, Hunan Province. It is developed and owned by Winstar International which is incorporated with a portion of government shareholdings. The first phase of the apartment development project offers a total floor area of 129,800 m2, to be completed by the end of 2024. The second phase, offering roughly 200,000 m2, will soon start as scheduled. In 2021, Winstar International has managed to complete the main structure of the first phase ahead of the work schedule.
